Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on every product on our site via FedEx within the 48 contiguous United States. For the fastest service possible, we ship most products directly from our warehouse located closest to you. If your package is too large to ship by FedEx, we will ship it from our manufacturer's facility via freight carrier, usually to your front door.

The not so fine print:

  • Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an upfront $80.00 shipping charge + $7 per blind purchased.
  • WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO A PO BOX OR MILITARY BASE. ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A DIFFERENT PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Order Processing

Because we custom make every product per order, any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. This includes size, color and shipping address changes. Please keep in mind that even within the 24 hour grace period, we may still be unable to authorize changes.

All products on CheapFauxWoodBlinds.com will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS upon receipt of payment. It will take an additional 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to deliver within the contiguous 48 United States.

Due to the size of our packages, shipping times may drastically vary to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping times may also vary for products that need to be shipped via freight.

Holidays and weekends are excluded from shipping and handling time estimates.

If a product material has been backordered or suddenly ran out of stock, we will notify the customer immediately and offer a full refund if you are unable to wait until the restocking date.


Inspection of Merchandise

Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify us that the merchandise was damaged in shipping or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we won't be able to replace the merchandise. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
